Leerresultaten

- The student deals with the issue of seasonality  in a flexible and creative way. He studies how seasonality is dealt with in Spain and compares this to Belgium. 

- He studies this issue from different points of view and compares his view to the others.

- The student works accurately.

- The student thinks in a logical way and does some background reading on the issue.

- The student makes a field trip to Spain in order to study seasonality.

- The student communicates with his fellow students and with the other foreign students of the network in a written and oral way.

- The student takes initiatives and looks for solutions.

- The student is actively involved in the network ACEEPT.

Inhoud



1. Preparation ACEEPT week: ACEEPT 2010  -  The Challenge of Inland Tourism Diversification in Seasonal Destinations – Huesca (Zaragoza), Spain  from 21 to 27 November , 2010. The two teachers accompanying the group from KHM - TRM will be this year Cecilia Gielen and Katrijn Krekels. The following topics will be discussed:

- Tourism Diversification in Seasonal Destinations. Case Study: Belgium

- TRM in a Global Context

- Intercultural Encounters

- Task from Huesca Business School: Inland Tourism Diversification in Seasonal Destinations. Case Study: Spain



2. ACEEPT week: Participation to the intensive project week ACEEPT from 21- 27 November, 2010 in Huesca (Zaragoza), Spain . This intensive week is organized by the Huesca Business School (University of Zaragoza). The common language used is English, though students will have the opportunity to practise Spanish as well.  The student has take take part in all the different activities: presentations, visits, information sessions. This happens in a multi-cultural context.  



3. Close ACEEPT week: concluding remarks, feedback, self-assessment.
